ZāZEN Properties was founded to bring sustainable, human-centered design to the city’s residential landscape. Each project is a reflection of that purpose—built to connect people and designed to last.
From our first project, ZāZEN One in Jumeirah Village Triangle, to ZāZEN Gardens, Dubai’s first LEED Gold certified residential community, every development raises the standard for sustainable urban living.
We continue to build on that foundation with under development projects like ZāZEN Ivy and The Hub Residences, designed for families who value balance, access, and well-being.

Before establishing ZāZEN, Mr Amin founded Alembic Real Estate in 2009, aiming to reshape urban development in India. with sustainable, walkable communities.
Alembic Real Estate carries forward the 118-year Alembic Group legacy of uncompromising quality, intelligent design, and forward-thinking construction. They have delivered over 5 million square feet of residential and commercial space, including Alembic City in Bangalore; a 90-acre, mixed-use, future-forward campus, that integrates sustainability and innovation, with Google set to open their primary campus outside California.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Dhar has worked at senior roles with high profile developers, fueling $500M+ worth of sales transactions, before helping establish ZāZEN Properties in 2018. Building the brand from the ground up, ZāZEN has created a new product niche in the market, focused on best-in-class quality, sustainable and wellness focused communities and timely delivery.
His efforts have seen ZāZEN regularly feature in the Top 50 Developers in GCC and Mr. Dhar recognized in the Top 100 GCC Real Estate leaders.
