As per the Dubai Land Department, Al Furjan has registered sales transactions over AED 2.1 Billion (USD 570 Million) between 1st January 2022 and 1st November 2022. This popular community is averaging a Gross Rental Yield of 7%* in 2022 due to the fact that it is developed, with schools, parks, shops and a mall close by, along with the Al Furjan metro line making connectivity across Dubai simple. Al Furjan is served by the Al Furjan metro station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro. The station opened in 2021 as part of the Route 2020 extension for Expo 2020. The Gardens Metro Station, Discovery Gardens Metro Station, Ibn Battuta Metro Station, and Jebel Ali Metro Station are all close by.

The Al Furjan neighbourhood is located just after Discovery Gardens and is part of the Jebel Ali district in Dubai.
